Ocean Waves
The "Ocean Waves" sessions uses the sounds of crashing ocean waves and pink noise encoded with binaural beats to help achieve meditative, relaxing or concentrative states. Each session is one hour (60 minutes) but is sold with an additional 9 minute and 30 second version sample so that it can be purchased seperately on iTunes.
Sessions range from 2 Hz Delta waves to 10 Hz Alpha waves. Different frequencies can produce different effects ranging from sleep to alertness.
