Waterfall Sojourn

The "Waterfall Sojourn" sessions use the sounds of falling water and pink noise encoded with binaural beats to help achieve meditative, relaxing or concentrative states. Each session is one hour (60 minutes) but is sold with an additional 9 minute and 30 second version sample so that it can be purchased seperately on iTunes. Some albums available also available at Amazon, Napster and Rhapsody.

Sessions range from 2 Hz Delta to 10 Hz Alpha frequencies. Different frequencies can produce different effects ranging from sleep to alertness.
