Soundscapes
The "Soundscapes" series of sessions uses soothing music scores, sounds of falling water and pink noise encoded with binaural beats to help achieve meditative, relaxing or concentrative states. Each session is 9 minutes and 15 seconds (9:15) long and sold seperately or as an album on iTunes, Amazon, Napster and Rhapsody.
Sessions range from 2 Hz Delta to 10 Hz Alpha frequencies. Different frequencies can produce different effects ranging from sleepiness to increased alertness.
